Scientist say that if we don't cut our carbon distribution to 40%, we are going to have some serious problems. President Obama, bills aims for a measely 4%...CHANGE??? Now, I voted for him and his cause , but i believe that less late night interviews and bailing out banks is not as important as mankinds' existance. MR PRESIDENT, CAN YOU ACTUALLY START CHANGING STUFF, AND STOP WORRYING ABOUT BEING POPULAR, (even tho he sucked)ATLEAST BUSH FORCED HIS POLICIES ON US. DO THE SAME YOU ARE THE PRESIDENT, NOT THE POPE!
