Can you sue Monster.com for making a commercial about you?

I am also on the list of people apologizing for not blogging in oh so long. Reason: I can barely handle the load of insanity right now with wrapping up the record, preparing for the residencies, making radio beds, and everything else that will lull you to sleep in a blog.
