So today I found a new awesome intern! Yaaaay! That's good news, because I was thisclose to quitting my search and going internless.
I got my first flat tire yesterday, after watching Kris Allen Kick AWESOME on Idol (!!!), and craving TCBY in celebration. The man who came to put on my spare was not my one true love. Dang.

I am FINALLY going to see Keane on Sunday and I am quite excited! I'll be sure to post a recap after that trip. Should be interesting, and amazing. Mat Kearney <3 is playing too. WOO!

I bought plane tickets yesterday. I'm going to the west coast for a week in June. I'm gonna see my beloved city of Seattle, and the not-as-well-loved city of Eugene, and the lovely super-loved people that live there. I'm REALLY excited to eat Piroshkis in Seattle and Lok Yaun in Eugene. Yummy yummy foodage.

I'm excited to see some friends I didn't get to see on my last visit a year and a half ago, and very excited to see my parents, and my cute-as-hell dawg Gus!!! WOOO GUS!  This is Gus:

Before I go to the WC, I get to live thru good ol' CMA fest, where country music's finest fans come out in the thousands, and invade Nashville for a long weekend. Help me.
