Hair and Pizza Crust
March 26, 2009
So as I previously said, I am in Kentucky at the moment and I think I have concluded something. You know how people always say it's the water in NY that makes the crust for pizza and bagels so good. I even read about some pizza place in LA that the owner has NYC tap water shipped to the restaurant to make the dough.
I think the same substance that is in NYC tap water, also causes your hair to become a hot mess when you sleep on it. I have fairly long hair and when I am in NYC, every morning, my hair looks like squirrels nested in it. It is all tangly, curly, knotty and just plain ole messed up. In KY that never happens. I wake up, and since my hair retained the shape it had the night before, sometimes I don't wash it. Sure it gets a little greasy but it still remains its shape.
Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon..?
I conclude that there is something in NYC water that causes your hair to get tangly over night.

For Hair:
Nashville water sucks... Murfreesboro water is better... Louisville water is good... New York water is okay... Florida water makes your hair super dry and squeaky.
Hard water has lots of mineral deposits, and leaves your hair feeling squeaky. Soft water has less deposits, and leaves your hair feeling unwashed.
