Hey guys! It's been an EXTREMELY long time since I've been on here...I'm sure you've all read the blog that Dani, Mel, Laura and myself put together about tc5...it was actually wasn't that hard because I knew exactly what to say. Everything just...clicked. no pun intended. haha

I turned sixteen this past Monday, and my sweet 16 party is on the 24th...I have to do soo much but it'll definitely be worth it.

Yeah, still waiting for TC5 to tour, but yeah, I think I'll make it to the fall....

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been on in forever...I've been rehearsing for my musical, Cinderella, nonstop, and it finally ended this afternoon, unfortunately, but I had a good run, and it was amazingly awesome.

So now I have to start getting ready for my sweet 16. I'm really really excited for it!

Hopefully all of you are doing okay, too!

Hey guys! I feel like I haven't blogged on here in forever! How is everyone?

School is soooo busy, even though I have easier classes this half.  Chemistry is a killer, though. 

Cinderella rehersals are going well, and they're definitely keeping me busy.  I actually don't mind waltzing that much either.

The truth is, I don't know what you're going through, because you don't tell me.  I just want you to be happy with what you have even though the situation sucks right now.

I don't mean to be a mood killer, but you never even let me know how you really feel. You give me one-word answers to everything. If you really cared about our friendship, I think you would be more honest with me.

It's up to you if you don't want to be friends anymore, but I really do want to apologize because in no way did I want to make you upset.

I'm sure, if you're a Click fan or are somehow associated them, you have heard about their tour. Um, their 21+ tour.

Now I've loved The Click Five since I was 12...I grew up listening to their music.  As an extremely busy high school student, I would've loved a Saturday show, not at a bar, not where I have to be 21, just somewhere that I could listen to the musicians who inspire me daily.

I don't know, maybe I'm asking for too much, but I would love to see my favorite band once...

Oh, and their only city that isn't 21+ is in Philly, which is an hour and a half away from me...and on a Wednesday night...not great when you have musical rehersals, but maybe I'll get there during spring break...

All I'm saying is that New Jersey misses you guys, and I miss you too...and I WILL see you guys one day, lol.

So, I've been starting to plan for my sweet 16 party....not too many choices when you're living in the middle of New Jersey...I wanted to maybe have it on a dinner cruise, but my mom doesn't like the water...all these other places are expensive, too! How is a middle-class family supposed to afford some of them?????

I'm too naive.  At  this point, I don't even want a party (well...:)) If one of my fave bands comes around May 11th, I'll be perfectly content....

On a lighter note, it's my first Cinderella practice tomorrow!

On a not-so-light note, I'm having finals next week....

I just wanted to wish Joe Guese a very Happy 27th Birthday. I'm the worst TC5 fan EVER for not realizing it until I saw it under the Celeb B-day page....this goes to show that school has officially taken over my life.

Hey peeps! I'm extremely sorry that I haven't blogged lately. School is taking over my life...and youth group. lol

I have exams in two weeks, and have been doing so much school work...my first week back...epic fail.

I've had practice for my Youth Group Leadership thingy, and I have hung out with my friends this whole weekend.

Tomorrow is my band/chorus Christmas Concert....a little late.  I'm going to be singing/playing keyboard, so yeah. Not really a big deal, though. Neither of my parents are going, which is fine with me. It takes the pressure off....

Anyway, I hope all of you guys are doing well, and comment me back and tell me how you're doing!

...But first a random, funny story. So on Monday night, I was watching The City in the basement of my house, and chilling and then I heard screaming...turns out there was a  baby squirrel that came through the chimney and it was running all over our main floor! I locked myself in the basement, lol.....

Anywho, 2008..... I would say it was the second- best year of my life. I don't think anything will top what went on in 2007...not much tops meeting the Jonas Brothers in a wheelchair, or talking to JB, the Click Five (Joey!!!<3), or Jason Dolley on Radio KOL (RIP)...

I saw two Broadway musicals in 2008- A Chorus Line, and Hairspray (for the second time)....I turned 15 in 2008, which wasn't too bad...my hair grew out and now looks normal, which is good...I saw the Jonas Brothers in concert, but the seats weren't as good, but the atmosphere rocked....I started my sophmore year of high school....I got a part in the Spring Musical (Evil stepsister, baby!)....and I dealt with heartbreak....my great-uncle passed (Uncle Joe!! <3)...I got closer with the Bffles, both from NJ and other places (Dani, Mel, Laura!)

2008 turned out to be a good year, and I think it ended fantastically.

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted in a while....so much has been going on that I can't wait to say...when I have more time, lol.  I just wanted to wish everyone here at TOL has an amazing Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza, and a fantastical New Year....I'm super excited about Christmas this year, because 2008 wasn't the best year for me, but it's actually ending wonderfully, and I hope Christmas tomorrow supports that.

Gotta go, I have to help bake a cake now for the company that's coming over later!

So the musical auditions went well. EXTREMELY well. I was able to belt out this one part of the song "Ten Minutes Ago" from Cinderella, and I'm one of the Evil Stepsisters! I still can't believe it, but I"m super-excited.  I definitely feel the most comfortable up on stage, and it's awesome to have another opportunity to act/sing again.

On the flipside, I got my heart broken...my BGF who I really cared about shared with me the fact that he's taken.  I'm not one to cry over guys or anything, but I was fairly upset.  Listening to TC5 really helped me, though.  I think those guys have been through everything, and have put it down on paper.  "I'm Getting Over You," is now the soundtrack of my life, so to speak.  That and "Teardrops on my Guitar," by Taylor Swift.  Oh well, I guess it's better to have  loved and lost than never to have loved at all......

So on Tuesday I have auditions for my high school's musical (no, not High School musical!), Cinderella.

Our audition song is Ten Minutes Ago, and I'm really nervous about the audition...I'm going to be singing in front of a TON of people...and I know I"m not going to get a part, but hopefully I'll be an extra...don't you ever feel that your best isn't good enough? It happens every time I try out for a play...but oh well, keep your fingers crossed!

One of the best parts of having a TOL blog (in my opinion) is being able to choose what organization to support.  Even before I had a blog, I knew that I wanted to choose the Autism Speaks foundation.

My 19 year-old brother is mildly autistic, and it is frustrating for me sometimes.  My brother will never get the opportunity to do things that other guys his age do, but I have never wished him to be different: I am grateful that I have a brother that does love me.

Because of this, for almost ten years, my brother has been part of an organization called Challenger.  My dad coached, and my brother played.  Ever since I was five, I wanted to be a "buddy" to a special needs child.  Five years later, I became one.

And now, five years later, I am a coach of my own little team.  To most people, it might not seem like much, but to me, it's a dream come true.

I wouldn't have things any other way. :)

was August 23rd, 2007...

when I saw the Jonas Brothers/Article A in concert....but first I have to give you a little background info:

I had sprained my ankle the week before, and was confined to a wheelchair, and because of this, when my parents were trying to call the JB posse to see what was going to happen with the meet and greet, we were told that the boys would have to come down from the m&g little stagy thingy, and MEET ME PERSONALLY.

So, I was really excited for this day to come. And when we finally left, we were five minutes down the road when I realized we had forgotten our tickets. Crap. So, we go back home, and then are on our merry way.

We get to the Ocean Grove Great Auditorium and the m&g line is HUGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEE. But one of the peeps working there sees me in my wheelchair-ness, and me, my mom, and my BFF Meghan are whisked in the m&g room.

I didn't realize it until after, but Greg Garbo was sitting behind me....

Ten minutes late (probably Joe's fault!) and the boys arrive.  The VIPs in the room applaud them, and they wave to me and the peeps sitting behind me.

I felt really bad for the kids who had to wait in the line becasue they literally had a second to shake the boys' hands and then they were moved along. Very few got pics with them.

During all of this hubub, I met Mandy, JB's friend, who was really nice, but finally it was time for the boys to come down.

Big Rob points in my direction, and Nick approaches me first, and hugs me, and says 'Thanks for coming." and Joe and Kevin do the same.

My mom then makes a joke about how she wants Big Rob to be in her classroom, and Kev mainly laughs at that one, and then I give Joe his bday card, and we all take a pic, and they make a vid for my friends, and they left.  The BEST five minutes of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then, the concert starts. Mr. Jonas does a little prayer, and then Article A comes out!!! They were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Since I was really close to the front, I held up my camera and Gary sang (well mouthed?) the song, which I cannot remember what it was, sorry. They had an awesome set, though, and then all hell broke loose when JB came out to "Kids of the Future."

The whole time I stood up on my left leg, leaning on the row of chairs in front of me for support.  At one point, during "That's Just the Way we Roll," Nick pointed at ME! I was freaking, it made my day so complete.

Last night was AWESOME!!! Well technically, yesterday afternoon. 

I went to see Hairspray on broadway for the 2nd time.  I first saw it Jan. '07, but since it's closing on Jan. 4th, I really wanted to see it one last time.  It was awesome seeing the musical again, and I got a poster signed by the whole cast...I also met the dude playing Link, Daniel Robinson, who is soooo nice! yeah, it was an awesome way to end the weekend....twilight and hairspray, what a combo!!!

I saw Twilight and it was really awesome! I actually saw it Friday afternoon, and it wasn't really crowded, and this afternoon, and it wasn't croweded; I guess everyone goes at night.

I was talkign to my friend Dani, and she gave me the link of THE NEW CLICK FIVE MUSIC VIEDO!

Summertime is an awesome music video- what made it even better was the fact that I didn't know it existed.  I really liked the whole, futuristic theme.  And I didn't mind Kyle going shirtless. :)

After waiting for, well, nearly six months, the Twilight movie is coming out! My friend got me started with the series, and I actually only started reading it because I found out Rob Pattinson was playing the lead.

As they say, though, waiting is half the fun. I've enjoyed watching all the behind-the-scenes vids on Youtube, and getting my Twilight shirt from Hot Topic (Team Jacob!!!!!!).

I'm super psyched!!

Funny story today,

So in school, this girl read this prayer thingy, and she said "Love is patient, love is kind..." and at the end she added "like a big pizza pie, that's love."

and my friend said, "No, that's amore!"

I thought it was hilarious, but if you're not laughing, it's probably one of those 'you had to be there.' moments.

It's awesome to be a part of the One Love. Props to Cassie for helping me get started.

I'm really not that good at talking about myself, but I'll try:

I'm a high school sophmore, who loves Twilight, the Jonas Brothers, and of course, the Click Five.

I've been playing the piano for ten years, and I aspire to be half as good as Ben Romans in by the time I'm his age.

I'm learning how to play the guitar, because I have a $500 pink Daisy Rock that I won last December, and I know three chords so far.

And my favorite song is a two way tie between Gavin DeGraw's "Chariot" and Maroon 5's "Sunday Morning."

I hope to learn more about all of you as I blog more on the One Love.
