2009 is pretty ok so far

so i got a new macbook a few weeks ago and everytime i try to login to blog on it, it doesnt work. so other than that being annoying it saddens me greatly because there is so much that i want to write about. i will try to recap though, so get ready for a not very exciting trip down 2 week memory lane.

well, christmas was nice. surprised my cousins and grandma with my parents. had an honor society party where my parents finally got to meet everyone which was glorious. hung out with many people. new years was quite interesting but good. hung out with more people. went home to va for about 3 days. then hopped in a car with lisa and kat and drove to my fave city ever. NASHHHVILLE.

the show in nashville was insanely wonderful x 3497459. i could have been with 3000 people i know or absolultely no one i knew and the night still would have been the best show i've ever seen.

if i was to make a list of the best shows i have ever been to i would include michael w smith at the ryman about 4 years ago. so when he came out during the jonas show at the ryman i about pooped. my legs shook, i had a single tear come down my cheek, and i basically would have been ok jumping off the balcony because my life was completed.

and then it somehow got better. i got to watch a ton of other amazing artists sing and hear jonas play songs unlike they ever have. i got to see honor society play at the best venue in the country. i got to hear the band perform a song and loved it so much. yeah, it was just awesome.

i also got to catch up with a bunch of people that i rarely, if ever, see and i loved it.

since then i gave a wonderful christmas gift that involved a photoshopped photo and a john cougar mellancamp picture and "autograph". got to hang out with a lot of higgins, which is always a plus.
