Fire Truck

Earlier this morning I took a flight from NYC to Nashville & on the
plane sat a father and his son who had to be about two maybe three
years old, and man this kid had an insane amount of energy,yelling
at his pops crying, screaming, kicking & everything a kid can possibly
do on an aircraft without jumping out . So the dad looked helpless
& pretty much embarassed until he thought of a genius idea, he
grabbed the vomet bag reached in his pocket , pulled out a pen and he
started drawing a fire truck & the little ball of fury fell fast asleep
I was simply amazed & intrigued
how a remedy that simple worked
So parents & future parents take notes
1. Vomit bag
2. Pen or pencil
3. Fire truck
(Even if you can't draw you better try )
Sometimes its the simple things in life that work !!!!!!!

Well, I have been a daycare/subsitute teacher for various ages, those including the toddlers and may fav the 3's and 4's..lol.
They are simply amazed by things that we believe are insignificant. A couple days ago, I made easter baskets with my students out of paper cups and they thought it was so much fun. Of course they thought Ms. Dominique's was the best. lol. But, yesterday I brought in candy for them during their nap time, and when they woke all they kept talking about was how they had jelly beans and candy in their easter baskets made out of paper cups.
And I was very pleased.
