I havent blogged in almost a month! Lets just say, NOTHING interesting has happened at all! I really have had enough of the winter, nothing good ever happens.

Last time i wrote i was just starting class, now this week i finish 2 of my classes!

I am so sick of bakeshop LOL. Not that i hate anyone or the teacher, i just keep doing things wrong! Little things that is. Last week i over flowed the kettle, which i guess people do all the time. The mixers always give me trouble too. DARN MACHINES! I love everything about my American Regional class, except that the fact my teacher is sexist. She hates girls. There are two girls in my class, me and one other one. She gives me the easy recipes because she thinks i cant handle it. She told me today that i have horrible knife skills. I almost wanted to cry. Last i checked i was there to LEARN. Shes awful. Thank god im done with her for this semester.

Besides school, nothing has happened in my life LOL. Visited friends at school a few times, went to see Ryan Cabrera, Jesse Ruben, and Lights Resolve.

I'm sitting here being cold and tired, as usual. Drinking my half iced tea half lemonade arizona.

What's everyone else been up to? Life treating everyone good?

Money? I need a lot of it. Job? Kinda scared to get one.

Class today. Baking Production. The teacher goes, “I know everyones names here, except for YOU!”, and he points to me. Way to point me out. I had to go into explaining why i got to skip the intro-class making people think i think im great or something. Had to move everything back into the bakeshop. I dont know where anything goes so i kinda just stood around and pretended i knew. Got out at 11, and went to get my hair cut. Back at 130 for Culinary Arts Workplace Seminar. Im getting spoken to as if i am graduating in May, which i am not. We have to make resumes and figures i have no work expierece so mine will be blank.

I am extremely tired now. My head is kind of spinning. I’m sick of hearing about president stuff. It bores me, even though i know its important.

American Regional Cusine tomorrow.

Well. I woke up at 1pm today. With no plans, i decided to jump into my car and go get HAIR DYE. Figures i do that considering i change my hair color every month. This time i bought decent stuff and the results actually came out good! I bought "darkest brown" and here is the result.

Hopefully it doesnt fade.

2009. Already. Where did the time go?

So i started off the year partying with my best friends. We had a countdown at 10 seconds, and when the clock struck midnight we all had a huge group hug. It made me smile a lot.

Ive continued the first 6 days of 2009 hanging around with them, doing some random things. Just like old times. It sucks i had a fight with one of them, and figures its over the same related things. But i guess no friendship is perfect and there is always going to be a fight down the line. I'm just glad i have good supporting friends to help us through it.

It is going to suck when everyone goes back to school.

So being at my first semester of college, i had no idea what to expect for classes and grades and what not. I have recieved 5/6 of my grades and i am SO pleased with them. I have NEVER not ONCE in my life done this good. Freshman year 1st quarter of HS was the first time i got all B-'s or higher. Ive always had C's.

Seriously, these grades make me smile so much. I'm missing my table service grade, but i know i will get an A in the class. Figures the class ended Nov 7th? and the grade hasnt been put up yet, but im almost positive ill get an A.

My parents are going to be so proud, and my aunt is going to be so proud. She is always asking me about my grades and to be able to give her this report for my first semester in college, shes gonna be so proud. I'm even really proud of myself.

I am in such a great mood. =D

=DDDD I have never been so happy with school before ever.

First big snow storm of the season is coming tomorrow. Almost a foot of snow is going to drop. Sucks, but atleast i dont have to drive anywhere.

Im really excited for christmas, it is so soon!

My friends are back for break, and im now on break, its rather exciting!!

I got three of my grades so far.

A in Banquet and Fuction Management
A- in Meat Fab.
B+ in Stocks Soups and Sauces

Is amazing. Dec 16th. All of you go buy it. =)

Wow. The last month of the year ALREADY. I remember always thinking about 2008 and thinking it as the year i graduate. The year i couldnt wait for. Now i wish i could start this year all over agian. This year has been incredible. Happy and sad, met some new people, made memories that will last forever. I remember walking over that bridge grabbing my dipolma. Its already been half a year since. I really miss high school. I saw all my friends everyday. I think thats what i miss most about it. Being able to see my friends. The past week was one of the happiest weeks ive had for a few months. A few friends came home from college and we were able to all hang out and do what we used to do. Endless runs to Taco Bell, showing up at the mall everyday, making our funfetti cakes, roadtrips, jacuzzi, trailer sleepover. Unfortunately it was hard for us to do what we do best, which is go from park to park just sitting there talking and observing whats around us. It was amazing just to do this agian. Now they are off back at college, but only a short 2-3 weeks until they come back and are here for winter break. I guess it may sound weird im obsessing over my friends, but i have become so close to them over the past few years that i can consider them family.

Ah December. The holidays, the cold and snow, end of the year. It is all to exciting. I am still dreading the snow, and i still hate the cold. It was almost 60 degrees out today. I LOVE it. Christmas is just around the corner. It does not feel like Christmas time to me. Maybe the time is just going by way to fast. Anyone got what they want for the holidays on there minds yet? Im hoping for a Sidekick LX,Too Faced eyeshadow, Curve Crush perfume, Hair bleach + Purple Dye, and some clothes. =)

I've already went to a Christmas party! Insane i know. It was a bit awkward because i barely knew anyone there, i just kind of sat there with my mom and texted the whole time. The house was right on the water and was really pretty. I did go outside and managed to take some photos.

Anyways, that was a lot of ramble.

Who loves Thanksgiving break? I DOOO. Im really excited for it. A nice dinner on Thanksgiving, a break from class, and of coarse my friends come back for the week. =) I feel like this break really needs to come now. I cant wait to catch up with everyone and do the things we used to do. I miss it. The past week has been pretty bad for me, and now im kind of regretting opening my mouth to begin with. I guess im just the type of person who thinks things, but always keeps her mouth shut. It would probably do me best. I wish i could write songs, or even poems. I think id be able to create some pretty meaningful ones.

Thursday i went to see my friend Sarahs friend Eddie on his MTV Made finale at Lynn City Hall. Eddie, along with two other from his school, were competing to be made into HipHop dancers. Soulja Boy, Cris Judd, and Lauria Ann Gibson were the judges. Status Quo was also there, and Lloyd was in the back watching. It was really cool being in the crowd and watching the production being done. All the cameras, the lines, having to take many retakes of lines, it was awesome. Eddie won the $10,000 which was awesome. :]

I really hate this bitter cold weather. I am trying to ignore it and just enjoy the next month or so as the holiday season approaches.

So. I got my license on Sept 5th? Somewhere around then. Since then. I have had 4 different problems with cars. 3 times with my friends car, and once with my car. Between flat tires, locking the keys and the car, and today, my car pretty much died.

For the past 5 weeks, my battery light has been on. A few weeks ago my dad took it to sears auto shop and they tested everything and they said everything is okay. Now i found that funny because the light still came on often times. Just a few days ago the ABS light came on. I told my dad and he made an appointment to go to Larrys on Friday. So the past few days the lights would sometimes come on. This morning i went to class, both lights on, everything just like its been. Driving home i noticed the car was feeling a bit funny. It felt like almost it was trying to pull itself. All of a sudden both brake light and airbag light came on. Now im sitting there like, great. Figures this happens to me when im alone right? So im still going and about a mile away from home and all the lights pop on. Well this must not be to good i thought. Then my radio started going fuzz and then completely died. My gas and speed meters went nuts bouncing back and forth. I was done. By that point i thought it would not be safe at all to keep driving my car. I feared that if i kept going, the whole 1/4 of a mile to home i had to go, something else would go wrong and my car would end up in flames or something. So i pulled over and called my dad. He told me to call AAA and request a tow to Larrys while he called Larry and told them i was coming. So im sitting there. Called AAA and they were on there way, and i didnt want to be there by myself. So being the nice daughter that i am, i woke up my mom and made her drive to where i was and wait with me. About 45 minutes later the tow truck came, and we offered to drive to Larrys with him following us. He dropped off my car and left. I explained the situation to the woman at the desk and she came to the conclusion that my alternater had died/crashed, i dont know the correct term for it. She put in the computer though to check both alternater and battery, and to look at it as two different problems.

I swear, i have the worst luck with cars. Maybe thats why i got my license two years after i could have.

The Academy is show is tonight. Im excited. But i am not excited that i am taking my moms nice large van to the train. I cant drive that thing to begin with, AH. I hate how on my car the gear shift thing is in between the driver and passaenger seats, but ont he van its on the wheel. SO annoying i keep reaching for it in the middle but its not there hahaha. Oh welllll.

So thursday Fall Out Boy did a show at Harpers Ferry, which holds somewhere around 400 people. I skipped class and got there early and was thankfully lucky enough to get a wristband and go to the show. They were so chill and incredible. Such a different show compared to the big arena shows. I had such a fun time. =)

I went to visit my friends at school this weekend. We started out visiting Rachel at Clark University friday night. People there are really friendly and the campus was pretty cute. Didnt go to bed till almost 5AM, which sucked. Came across a couple of skunks outside too, NOT COOL.

Saturday we all went to visit Steph at Springfield College. Figures we miss 1 turn and are completely lost for 30 minutes. Wooopsss. We went to BK, chilled for a bit, to the dining hall, took a little nap, and went up to a girls room before going out to the swim house and football house. Didnt go to bed till sometime around 4AM.

Now im here, and am extremely exhausted. I'm sooo glad that tuesday is a holiday! Thats my day to sleep in and catch up! =)

Ahh so the past week has been good, but also very tiring. Both shows i went to were really fun. Two nights in a row with pushing crowds and standing for a long time kind of killed me. By Thursday morning i was exhausted. I went to class and kept falling asleep during lecture, woops. Skipped my 130-230 class to come home and sleep for 2 hours.

BUT it is now the weekend! =D

Is anyone doing anything exciting for Halloween? I'm going to salem with a few friends! It is so much fun. Wicked excited for the dance party in the middle of the street! =D

Happy Friday everyone!

I havent had anything interesting going on since my last blog. Pretty much everything has been about the same during the week. I have only 4 Table Service classes left which is exciting. Finally, i have been getting better at being around that kitchen now that i know where some things are! Yay!

When i signed up for a checking account, TD Banknorth had an offer to recieve a free ipod shuffle when opening with direct deposit. I dont have a job, therefore i couldnt do direct deposit. A few days ago, a silver ipod shuffle was at my door step. LOL. Pretty cool. Although, besides the size being 2G, my mp3 player is much better then the shuffle. Therefore im selling it on ebay. They sell for about $50, so im really excited to get that money and use it for the wonderful gas tank!

Last Sunday i saw the band Push Play, The Love Willows, and Phil Bensen! Lots of fun.

I'm hoping the sad parts i dont start crying. I gotta admit, HSM2 i cried during "I Gotta Go My Own Way". Next time i blog ill write about how i liked the movie! =)

Lets just say today was a REALLY overwhelming and stressful day. Day 3 of my Table Service class. I ran into the class this morning to do the homework i did not do the night before. We had an hour and a half of lecture and we had to set everything up for the dining room. I was partnered with this kid Steve agian, team 2. Once the dining room opened, people just kept coming. I was busy pouring water for people and Steve comes up to me, ARE YOU ACTUALLY GOING TO DO SOMETHING TODAY? Now that bothered me a lot. I know i did not wait on any tables the last time i was with him, but i was still running around with the water, resetting tables, assisting every table that needed some help. I mean, he could of been like, is it okay if you wait a table or two today? But instead he said that. I dont know. That was just the beginning of my stress.

Once i asked what they wanted, i brought the slip into the kitchen and was like ... do i give this to you? The girl says yes. So then the chef came over and waslike, WHATS THIS DOING HERE. IT DOES NOT GO HERE TILL AFTER THEY GET THERE SALAD. So i was like, oh sorry. When i recieved their meals, i forgot who ordered what and i had to put it down and search for my slip that said what seat had what. One of the girls was like.  OH HERES YOUR SLIP, and i knew these other 2 guys watching were making fun of me. After they ate i had to give them dessert, so i brought out the dessert tray. I had NO idea what was what, except for an obvious cream puff and eclair, so my teacher came over with me and explained everything.

Another incident, i went to go give our cashier Sally a tip from a table. She didnt realize i had change in my hand and as i reached to place it down, she pulled a pastry out and i knocked it over. I felt so bad, and like a complete idiot.

I really hate having to do this. I am not good with serving tables. It makes me really nervous knowing there watching every move i make. My teachers been saying like its okay to mess up because were all here to learn and such, but when your running an open to the public business, it is kinda hard to just sit there asking questions, and kind of embarassing.

I dont know. Only seven days of this class and i am finished.

I love the weekend. Who doesnt?

I dont have class on Friday, so i had a nice 4 day weekend since Monday was a holiday. I started my day waking up at 1130, took a nice long shower, packed all my stuff, and was off to hang with Katie and Alex. We were waiting around counting down the minutes till our friend Steph came home from college for the weekend. Once she got home, i picked her up and we were off to Hampton Beach Casino to go see Cobra Starship, Forever The Sickest Kids, Hit The Lights, and Sing It Loud. The show was wicked fun. Before it had even started i already got into a fight with a girl who was pushing me and i wasnt letting her by. WOOPS. The show was really fun. FTSK was really good, i wish i knew there music at the time. During the encore we got out of the crowd and joined Alex and Ellen in the back, and we all had a wicked awesome time doing the Guilty Pleasure dance. =D After the show we went outside to see if we could meet anyone, but it wasnt happening. Katie Steph and I went off to the beach and took pictures, something we always do. Once we got home, we slept over at Stephs house.

The next day we were wicked lazy and didnt get up till around 1PM. Oops. We all showered and got ready for the day. Alex Steph Katie and I went to the topsfield fair. Absolutely love the fair, something i look forward to every year. Alex and I went back to his house for like 3 hours, and then we went back to Stephs to sleepover agian. A lot of fun, for what i remember -_0.

Sunday i went home and showered, and then it was off to pick up Sarah and Michela at the North Shore Mall, and then to Shalins. We went to Shays tumbling in Amesbury from 3-4 then back to Shays cus she had to work. Michela Sarah and i went to Town Hall because Cher filmed a movie scene there, and Michela LOVES Cher. She was so excited it was adorable. We went to Baja Fresh for dinner, AMAZING mexican food there. I LOVE it. We went back to Peabody to pick up Alex, and then picked up Shay from work. Back to Shalins we went, made some cake, hung out, ya de ya. We watched Charlies Angels before going to sleep.

This morning i got up around 1030AM and we kind of just sat around Shalins house till she got back from Cheering at 12. Got ready and went back to the Topsfield Fair. Today was the last day. Its wicked upsetting, the fair is SO much fun. I finally went on the Freak Out ride. The drop down absolutely killed my stomach, but whatever it was fun.

Now i finally made it home. I never realized how four days without being home really drained me. Right now i feel terrible. I got a headache, sore throat, and im wicked tired. I got a new class tomorrow, a meat cutting class. I'm definally not looking forward to that class. I have class 8AM-230PM and im coming home and taking a nice long nap. I cant wait. =)

Weekends are amazing, but they end so quickly!

Hello! I am a new blogger here and i would just like to thank Cassie and the rest of The One Love for letting me have this! :]

Anyways, lets start with an introduction!

My Name is Kerri Kuklinski. I am 18 years old and am currently a student at North Shore Community College. I plan on majoring in Culinary Arts. I'm not really sure why i like it, but it is something i have done throughout my high school career, so i thought why not go for it in college? I love to travel, so that is also something id like to get out of culinary. I would say that im a pretty unique person as far as some of the things i do for fun. I definally love going to a ton of shows. Music is such an important part of my life. I also love photography. I'm not wanting to be any type of professional photographer, but it is always fun to capture pictures in all different angles and lightings and editting them online.

As far as what else i do for fun, my friends and i always hang out at parks. I absolutely love the outdoors. It's so pretty and refreshing.

Now let's get to what's happening this week. =D

Tuesday i had my Food Safety & Sanitation class from 130-230PM. I'm a bit irritated that i still have to take the class because its for us to get servsafe certified, which i already am. But i guess its an easy A, right? Afterwards, i headed off to Boston to meet up with one of my best friends Alex, and then we went to Somerville to meet up with some people for our friend Michelas birthday. Birthdays are always a fun time :]. The night ended with "TRAIN TRAFFIC". It took us two hours to get from Davis Square to Suffolk Downs. It was ridiculous.

This morning was torture. I've still been on a summer rotation ever since the end of last May, when my last day of high school was. After falling asleep well after 2AM i had woken up to the sound of my annoying alarm at 645AM. I got up, took a shower, and was off to start my first day of a new class; Table Service. Now the rotation i have with my major is really weird. This class i only have for 5 weeks before it changes agian. I had this class from 8AM to 120PM. This was my first time really checking out the kitchen and dining room areas. After about a 2 hour lecture she told us that there was a party of 20 kids, and the rest of the dining room was opened to the public. Now, i dont really have expierence in any of this but we were expected to serve and run around the kitchen to please our guests. It was such an adventure but i managed to make it through. =)

I probably shouldnt be complaining about today, because tomorrow i have the Table Service class agian from 8AM to 120PM, Food Safety and Sanitation 130-230, and then Composition 1 from 4-645PM. LOOOONG DAY. I'm not really looking forward to it. But i know in the long run it'll all be worth it.
