walkabout

five years ago, it was my time to go for walkabout with magic man. the way my sister did. but naturally, i didn't. it was postponed.
until now.
my walkabout however, is not in the wilderness of australia. it's in NEW YORK. nice.
so the plane flight was lovely like all plane flights always are, smelling of recycled air, eating vaccum packed food, and unable to strech much. and landing in lovely new york of 30 degrees.
spent the evening settling in and helping my aunt with her kitchen. it's the evening of day two now.
we watched julie and julia today. hmm. it was a tad bit too long i think. and not enough of food. i would recommend you watch it at home, curled up, comfy and eating stuff. no offence to people who worked on it of course.
then we had a nice korean lunch with my aunts friend. it was pretty good. love korean side dishes. the lotus, the kimchii, the seaweed. yumm.
we then ran some errands and came home. leaving in about an hour for a wrap party. dunno what i'm gonna wear. lols.
