Demi Lovato was born as Demetria Devonne Lovato. Demi was born on August 20, 1992, in Dallas, Texas. Demi is going to be on tour with the Jonas Brothers in Summer 2008. Demi starred in the move Camp Rock which featured the Jonas Brothers. She is already in the short series on the Disney channel called As the Bell Rings. Demi had attended school in Grapvine-Colleyville Independent School district where she went to Cross Timbers Middle School. At the age of six Demi started acting and starred in the series Barney and Friends, as Angela. Demi will be starting in another Disney show called Welcome to Mollywood which the production begins in September 2008.
Demi will also be in another Camp Rock movie which will premiere in spring or summer 2009. The Jonas Brothers helped Demi write 11 of her songs from her CD that comes out in Fall 2008. Like the Jonas Brothers Demi also wears an engraved purity ring that says "True Love Waits." She wears it on her nck instead of on her ring finger.
